Silver Star Sunset Hike

A beautiful hike up Silver Star again last night. There was a lot of color with the wild flowers in bloom. The bear grass lilies were everywhere! Amazingly it was warm enough on the summit that we were able to comfortably hang out for awhile, have dinner, and enjoy the view. We saw a mountain goat in the distance again! Soon after we started down the sun disappeared and contrary to the weather forecast, it started raining! Of course! Gotta love the PNW!

Only five more days until we climb Mount St. Helens! Woohoo!
