Barlow Road to Palmateer Point Snowshoe

We were blessed with another beautiful day here in the Pacific Northwest! I love the PNW! What a great day to be out on the trails. I went with the Mazamas and our group consisted of 10 people... six of them I knew and had hiked with before. Today's snowshoe hike was 7.03 miles and had an elevation gain of 1,211 feet. I felt great and really enjoyed the hike. It was unusually warm (39F) and sunny so I was able to hike without a jacket, gloves or a hat for most of the way. It was awesome! Did I mention how much I love the PNW?!
